cropped-Plum-Creek-Bridge.jpgPlum Creek Publishing began in conjunction with the Lockhart Area Writer’s group, which meets weekly at the Dr. Eugene Clark Library, located on the historic Caldwell County Courthouse square in Lockhart, Texas. The library, built in 1889, is the oldest continually operating library in Texas and the Lockhart Area Writers are thrilled at the opportunity to meet there.

This group of talented writers brings a unique perspective to diverse genres, including Science Fiction, Historical Fiction, Paranormal, Romance, Fantasy, Crime, Mystery, Young Adult, and Western. Members are committed to the craft of writing and their individual journeys to become master wordsmiths.

Plum Creek Publishing features writers who were born in Texas or got here as quickly as they could. All represented authors currently reside in the great Lone Star State.

At this time, Plum Creek Publishing is not open to submissions for novels or representation, but we invite you to submit your short stories to our yearly anthology contest.
